Mindful 24/7 began as a cohort course but, due to demand, I re-released it as a standalone process. In place of the group elements, I’ve included the one-to-one call mentioned above.
Please wait until you’ve completed your call with me to begin your study of the sections below.
Throughout the course, you’ll hear me refer to the cohort, the group, the Discord, etc. Disregard all of this. (The recommended journalling is for your own benefit—you don’t need to submit it anywhere.)
(Note: the weekly structure is only a suggestion. It’s perfectly fine to approach this material at whatever pace feels right to you.)
