Hopefully by now you’ve become well acquainted with your mindfulness bell on Insight Timer (or you’ve figured out some other way of reminding yourself to be mindful every 30 minutes).

Now we’re going to develop this practice by—very simply—changing the timer from 30 minutes to 20.

Here’s how to do it on Insight Timer—

  1. Open the app
  2. Tap “timer” in the top right of the interface
  3. Tap “interval bells”
  4. Tap the bell
  5. Move the slider to “20m 00s”
  6. Tap “save”
  7. Tap “save” again

And you’re good to go.
