It’s finally time to take your practice outside friend! Though it’s important that you don’t feel you have to.

If you’re still finding sitting practice challenging, it’s okay to stick with that for as long as you need.

That said, it can’t hurt to experiment. Remember that important ingredient of curiosity.

What happens when you practice outside? Is it easy? Difficult? Somewhere in-between?

You can retreat to sitting practice whenever you need and mix it up as appropriate.

If you’ve eased off on journaling now might be a good time to get a couple of good entries in.
